Q: How long would it take to receive the product? 

请问一般下单后需要多少天才能收到呢？

For all [Customised Product] are individually unique,  15-20 days needed to complete the product, and shipping time excluded.

For [Memories Product] 7-10 days needed.

For [Template Floral Art Frame] 3-5 days needed.

客制化商品,一般画像绘制时间+产品制作时间需要15-20天 (不包含邮寄时间)。

宝宝成长相框，需要7-10天。

指定模板永生花相框，需要3-5天。

Q: (For Customised Product) What if the order is placed in less than 15 days (minimum required)? 
(客制化商品) 如果少过15天前下单呢？

It’s alright! We will refer to the order sequence at that moment and decide whether to treat it as a rush order. But it must be notified in advance that it is an urgent order. (Additional fees will be charged)
没关系的!我们会先参考当前的订单量，再决定是否视它为急单。但是必须提前通知那是急单哦(急单是需要额外付费)

Q: How much is the shipping fee? How long I receive the parcel after sending out?

请问运输费如何计算？包裹寄出后多久可以收到呢？

We will arrange for Qxpress service  SGD 5 (for Singapore)

** For other countries, kindly contact us before placing order.

And it would take 2-4 working days (for Singapore)

我们会安排 Qxpress 新币5 (新加坡)。其他国家，请先向我们询问运输费再下单!一般在新加坡是需要 2-4 工作天就能收到包裹。

Q: After the illustration is completed, would I able to request for any changes? 

当插画完成了，还可以要求修改吗？

Yes. You will receive a preview before we print out and 1 minor revision will be allowed. But there will be extra charges if photos were to be changed. We do recommend you to let us know all the details you want in advance.
